The runners up were Aafreen Rachel Vaz (1st runner-up) from Mangaluru, Karnataka and Vartika Singh (2nd runner-up) from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. 2014 Miss India winner Koyal Rana crowned Aditi Arya with Miss India 2015 title at Yash Raj Studio in Mumbai.
