Kapil Mishra, the AAP MLA from Karawal Nagar, has been appointed Delhi’s Law Minister, a day after his predecessor Jitender Singh Tomar resigned following his arrest on charges of allegedly faking educational certificates. Kapil Mishra, 34, was the vice-chairman of DJB before his inclusion in the Cabinet. After he is sworn in, Mishra is likely to be assigned all portfolios held by Tomar, including law, tourism and art and culture. Source: Daily Mail
