Kapil Mishra, the AAP MLA from Karawal Nagar, has been appointed Delhi�s Law Minister, a day after his predecessor Jitender Singh Tomar resigned following his arrest on charges of allegedly faking educational certificates. Kapil Mishra, 34, was the vice-chairman of DJB before his inclusion in the Cabinet.
