Senior IAS officer SN Sahai Senior IAS officer SN Sahai[/caption] Senior IAS officer SN Sahai has been appointed the new Home Secretary of Delhi, ending the bitter row between Lt Governor Najeeb Jung and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over the top post. The AAP government had sent names of three officers including Urban Development Secretary Chetan B Sanghi to the Lieutenant Governor and had kept Mr Sahai as the first preference. Senior IAS official Dharam Pal, who was removed as Home Secretary last month by AAP government, has been discharging his duties while AAP appointee Rajendra Kumar have also been signing files. Mr Pal was removed by the AAP government after he signed a notification appointing Joint Commissioner of Delhi Police MK Meena as new chief of Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) following Mr Jung’s order.
